Blacklisted GR88 Offline for Weeks of Maintenance

| By iGB Editorial Team

Established in 2009, 3 years later GR88 casino modified its platform exclusively to Microgaming software provider. The casino’s initial goal was to become one of the greatest online casinos in the gambling industry. They wanted to stand out from the rest of other online casinos. And they certainly did! They hit our warning list and became one of the notorious casinos every player should avoid.

What actually brings them there? Here’s the whole story. It has been a couple of weeks since nobody can have an access to their casino accounts. Once you have opened their website, the site displays the message that says: “Our website is temporarily down due to undergoing maintenance work. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.”

In addition, players were experiencing extremely slow and unresponsive customer service along with slow or no payouts at all. It was getting nowhere. With all that said, the casino gained very bad reputation. Therefore, during the days of “maintenance” LCB decided to add a small yellow warning sign next to the casino’s name, just to draw players’ attention.

They have been putting some effort trying to bring the site back to life but with no success. Another message was displayed: ‘We're coming back! Thursday morning European time, GR88 will be coming back online. When this happens, you can check in to reset your password and start enjoying the new GR88.com! We thank you sincerely for your patience during the migration period. If you have any issues with the new site please don't hesitate to contact help@gr88.com.’ Those who did not hesitate to contact them got no response at all.

The only active contact page was their Twitter, unlike their Facebook page which could not be accessed. Soon after, even Twitter was displaying their final message “Excited to say @GR88 is making changes, and is under maintenance, as we work to improve the product offerings and expand in new markets!”

Unfortunately, we haven’t heard from them since then, neither have you. Only the players accounts left and probably lots of remaining balances and withdrawal amounts that are waiting to hit players’ accounts. Finally, we put a note that GR88 casino has been closed since February 2016 (http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/casinos/gr88.html).

Having it in mind, we strongly advise you to be cautious when choosing a casino to play at. Before making any deposits or even claiming no deposit offers or similar promotions, our advice is to have a quick insight of our members’ ratings, comments and feedback. LCB is always out there, striving to take care of all 80,000 members.
