Graphyte offers new service for igaming operators

Graphyte’s new addition to its product set, Intelligent Layouts, is a real-time personalization engine that helps lobby managers and customer experience teams deliver tailored content to their clients based on their preferences.

Customisation options range from personalised navigation, menus, sport and game categories to promotions and banners.

The value of offering personalised solutions to the igaming industry is clear. By leveraging machine learning, the solution gives operators control over the content and allows them to offer their players the kind of content they are interested in. The de-duplication feature solves another problem for igaming providers – that of showing the same titles multiple times on the same page. Instead, it brings order into regularly played and new titles and thus offers a unique experience for users, whichever outlet they choose for playing. All this achieved by a simple integration to the operators existing CMS. 

Intelligent Layouts is already showing tangible results. A client of Symphony Solutions, Graphyte has noticed that within its client base, for those using deep personalisation of the casino lobby, it is the single biggest driver of core stake metrics for an existing user base. All of this is achieved from the technology that utilises companies’ existing CMS and back-end platforms.
