Natural Intelligence, a tech company founded in 2009 that operates a multi-vertical comparison marketplace, has acquired the sports platform Tipstrr.

“The acquisition is part of the company's growth and long-term strategy of providing valuable information to empower users to make informed decisions,” said Jonathan Assif, head of business development and strategic partnerships in NI's gaming business unit.

Founded in 2014 by co-founders Damien Fearn, Andy Jones, and Liam Cooper, Tipstrr offers sports bettors with an access to thousands of betting tips on a daily basis, increasing the number of profitable sports bettors and providing a verified tipster marketplace.

Damien Fearn, Tipstrr’s CEO, said:

“I'm delighted that Tipstrr is joining Natural Intelligence. It became clear very early on that the fit was perfect, and that Tipstrr and Natural Intelligence could together, offer genuine value to our users.”

Fearn added, “It’s been a great journey – going from a small startup verifying a handful of tipsters, to processing thousands of tips on a daily basis, but there's still so much more we want to offer our users.”

Andy Jones, Tipstrr’s COO, explained how the acquisition will allow Tipstrr to enhance its product offering further, expand the team, and explore new opportunities within the industry.
