Pamper casino and its sister sites have been hosting pirated Software games

| By iGB Editorial Team

The LCB team has become proficient at spotting fake software providers, games and rogue casinos. Unfortunately, another irregularity has been noticed by the LCB team of experts. It has been discovered recently, that Pamper casino and its sister sites, Always Cool Casino, Moneystorm and BetDna, have been hosting fake casino games. After some time of research and investigation they finally discovered that the software providers they have been using are pirated. Certain differences between original and fake games have been noticed during the investigation. These days, all eyes have been on Pamper. Once the flaws have been revealed, LCB’s placed Pamper casino along with its sister sites on the blacklist.

It’s been a long time since Pamper casino lost its reputation and found its place on the LCB warning list. Due to unresponsive customer support and extremely slow payouts people started to complain. Some of the cases were resolved but after some time the casino’s support stopped responding for good, having left only the support section on our forum as an evidence and hope for those who were desperately trying to get their winnings. Therefore, we let our members know that it was not a place for their peace of mind. We issued a warning: Players can expect some delays in their withdrawal requests and slow customer support. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication between CS and players of this casino, with a lot of support tickets not being answered in a timely fashion, which is ultimately prolonging the withdrawal process.

After a thorough investigation, our team has discovered that NetEnt, Novomatic, Aristocrat, Playtech and Quickspin games have been fake. To our surprise BetSoft games appear to be genuine. The TST certificate shows a document on Pampre’s page ‘About Us’ where only the BetSoft’s RNG has been tasted. Other games and software providers haven’t been mentioned. It’s been revealed that the pirated games have been hosting on this domain: https://static.skygaming.com/, instead on casinomodule.com. It’s been very hard to spot the fake ones since there are slight differences even for an experienced player. Besides the fake ''transferring funds'' loading screen, the games use counterfeit launcher, game menu and help files, and they are also hosted on the wrong domain.

Moreover, their license is a bit vague as well. Namely, according to their words they’re regulated and licensed by Costa Rica “OPERIA COSTA RICA SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA” a subsidiary of Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C. The registration number hasn’t been provided on their site as it’s supposed to be. The same thing with its sister casinos.

With all that being said, we advise you to take an extreme caution when playing and depositing at any casino. We always advise you to do a little bit of research before you decide what the best place is for you. Fortunately, the lists of accredited casinos on our site along with players’ comments and ratings are huge. You can always find something that suits you the best.
