The company will add its portfolio of over 50 slots, six table games, and 10 video poker games to their fellow supplier’s CasinoEngine platform, the largest aggregator of casino content on the market.
Nic Ioannoy, CEO of Habanero, said he was delighted to have agreed the partnership and was looking forward to working with EveryMatrix and their clients in the coming months.
He added: “EveryMatrix aggregate more content than any other casino supplier and have excellent reach in territories around the world, making this deal strategically important for us. We’re also confident our recent success in Asia in particular will help open some doors for them as that market continues to expand at a rapid rate.”
Ebbe Groes, chief executive of EveryMatrix, said: “We have been very impressed with both the quality of Habanero’s games and their commitment to tailoring content to the needs of customers. I’m very hopeful this deal will be beneficial for both of us and the growing list of casino operators that we supply around the world.”
As part of the EveryMatrix deal Habanero’s games will join more than 2,000 others made available on the CasinoEngine from leading suppliers including NetEnt, Microgaming, IGT, and Bally.
Habanero, who now integrate their games directly to over 20 operators, was purchased by European investors in 2012 and have offices in Johannesburg, Manila, Sofia, and Kiev.
Their team of skilled designers, developers, and mathematicians are enjoying increasing success with their mobile-enabled games, which are tailored to individual devices and operating systems.
EveryMatrix, who were founded in 2008, offer casino and sportsbook software solutions via their GamMatrix gaming management and payment processing platform. They were recently-awarded a remote betting and gaming licence in Denmark.
