Affiliates Director – US Market

Company Overview:
A rapidly growing online betting company focused on the US market is looking for an experienced and dynamic Affiliates Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the US online betting industry.
 

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to expand our network of affiliates, drive revenue growth, and increase brand visibility in the US market
• Manage and optimize our existing affiliate relationships to ensure continued success and mutual benefit
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates through various channels, including industry events, conferences, and online outreach
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create and optimize affiliate promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency
• Regularly analyze and report on the performance of the affiliate program, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, staying informed of market trends and emerging opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, as well as company policies and guidelines
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment

 
Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the online betting or gaming industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of the US online betting market, including regulations and industry trends
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of affiliate partners
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and technologies
• Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and conferences
