We are recruiting for a Commercial Country Manager to be based in Brazil.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an annual bonus scheme.

Our client is one of the largest gaming and gambling companies in Latin America.

You will need to speak Portuguese and English fluently and have the relevant experience required for the position.


The main function of the commercial manager is to develop the comprehensive strategic, communication and marketing plan of the Brazil. You would work directly with the senior management and commercial management of the Group head quarters.

You must have the ability to monitor and control both costs and revenue to generate business growth and financial performance. 

You will establish a comprehensive plan that allows important growth to the organization through the increase and performance of the client portfolio.

You must have the capacity and skills to analyze data, which will allow you to create concrete action plans, that allow the sustainable growth of the organization.

You must have the skill and knowledge to work on financial planning and overhead budgets.

Among the tasks is to evaluate continuously: promotions, bonuses, loyalty plans that have been awarded in their markets.

You will be responsible for supervising all staff and different suppliers, as the activities of the entire internal or external team have an impact on our client portfolio. 

Experience required;

Preferably have work experience in the following fields: online gambling,e-commerce, telecommunications and/or sports marketing.

You will be highly organized & very strong on negotiation, and extremely motivated to achieve goals and goals.

Workers typically require a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

You will often handle financial administrative tasks, such as overseeing income and costs, so a strong understanding of maths would be beneficial.

You will be required to develop customer relationships and external contact points, so business managers need excellent  communication skills.

Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Power  Point and Word.

You must be entrepreneurial and able to advance projects independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and budgets.

Strong knowledge of various platforms, channels and best practices.

Occasional travel may be required.
