Casino Affiliate Manager – Remote

My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Casino Affiliate Manager to join their growing team!

This individual will play a critical role in our marketing efforts, as a significant portion of our Customer Acquisition comes from Affiliates. The successful candidate will be responsible for Managing and Growing our Affiliate Network, Maintaining relationships with High-value partners, and Driving revenue growth in line with our business plan.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing high-value Affiliates.
• Achieve revenue targets as outlined in our Business Plan.
• Identify and capitalize on new advertising trends to promote our brands.
• Create and communicate clear, data-driven reports to management.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our casino products, features, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless and effective process for affiliates.

What You Bring:

• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and international gaming affiliate markets.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Affiliate Management role.
• Strong team management and partnership management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Curacao License.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Experience working with affiliate dashboards and tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to worldwide affiliate events.
• Crypto Casinos experience is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Availability to work in a time zone between CET-1 and CET+5
