An international Crypto business is seeking an experienced and motivated Casino CRM / Retention Manager to join their expanding team!
Responsibilities
- Development of an integrated CRM/Retention strategy, – including e-mail, SMS marketing, on site messaging, web push, loyalty program, management of the CRM Tools, day-to-day communications, and segmentation.
- Management of external CRM vendors. Technical development of CRM campaigns in all different lifecycles conversion, retention, and reactivation)
Core Competencies
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a CRM Manager.
- Understanding of relational databases, data manipulation, process automation.
- Experience in Online Casino.
- Experience working with Optimove.
