This role is a great opportunity to join a business at its very beginning and work with some very experienced and commercially savvy colleagues –  to help get a start-up off the ground and growing. The company is currently small, you will be the 3rd employee!  But as the business grows so will you, your responsibilities and your potential equity. 

The company is owned by a larger group and is monetising a huge database with billions of users. 

You will report to the CEO, and you can be based anywhere in Europe (ideally Malta or the UK). You will be responsible for optimising the business’s operating capabilities and employing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role will oversee the company’s 3rd parties operational processes and day-to-day business operations thus ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role will be ultimately responsible for CRM, Payments & Fraud, Customer Service & Support, Project Management  (and ideally BUT not essential MLRO and compliance) within the business to ensure a great customer experience and ensure clear lines of engagement and processes with the 3rd parties.

To apply you will need to have experience in payments, understand fraud and risk , CRM and customer support experience. Compliance and AML (MLRO) experience would be a nice to have.
