A fast growing iGaming business based in Germany is looking for a talented CRM Manager to lead the retention function. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of CRM campaigns
  • Identification of target groups for CRM activities
  • Creation of user journeys and targets
  • Improvement and optimization of customer communication through the application of various methods
  • Analysis of campaign response rates and ROI
  • Creation and revision of plans reregarding Conversion, Reactivation und Retention
  • Collaboration with external game producers regarding new campaigns and new games
  • Configuration of campaigns in various back offices of game manufacturers
  • Development of campaign designs and texts
  • Observation, analysis as well as evaluation of market, competition and trend developments in the German online casino market
  • Collaborate with online casino manager to gain and deliver actionable insights

Your profile:

  • Ideally several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of CRM campaigns
  • iGaming experience. 
  • English skills advantageous, German language is a must-have
