THE ROLE:

This exciting position as a Customer Experience Executive, within the digital marketing department, encompasses various aspects of the entire customer journey. We seek someone who possesses a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for their customers and can pinpoint areas for enhancement in all processes. This opportunity presents a stimulating challenge for anyone aspiring to establish a career in the Customer Experience field, particularly those with a meticulous eye for detail and proficient data analysis skills.

THE PERSON:

• Enthusiastic about enhancing the customer experience.
• Preferably, possess an interest in the gambling industry.
• Find joy in actively listening to customers and identifying areas of improvement.
• Experienced in working with customer insights and enhancing their experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – strong Excel and analytical skills are preferred.
• Capable of taking initiative.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Able to maintain composure and meticulous attention to detail when working under pressure.
• Skilled at prioritizing work effectively to meet defined deadlines.
