This company employs well over 200 people and it is not even 5 years old yet ! It has achieved exceptional growth to date and because of its growth, it is now looking to recruit key people within its management team, including recruiting a new head of customer service. The company culture is one of transparency and working in true partnership with its clients to maximise mutual benefits.
The new Head of Customer Services will report to the CEO and could be based in either Cyprus or Sofia. You will have 4 direct reports and 50 + in-direct reports that are based across Europe.
The role will require someone who can review current strategy and operational practices and then formulate an improved strategy and implement better process and systems where necessary.
The role requires someone who solid industry, management, customer service, operational improvement experience and someone who has a solid knowledge of compliance across different countries/regional zones in the online gaming sector
