Head of Treasury

Position Title: Head of Treasury 
Location: Remote 
Reports to: Finance Director 
Salary Bracket: Attractive 

As the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s banking operations and financial risk profile and more.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Proactively mitigate the company’s banking risk by ensuring all group companies have access to appropriate banking facilities and payment options. 

• Develop strategies to reduce financial risk associated with payments and banking relationships. 
• Open and manage all bank accounts as necessary for all group companies. 
• Perform ongoing KYB (Know Your Business) processes, ensuring all accounts are compliant with regulatory requirements. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for all banks, ensuring the company remains in good standing with all banking institutions. 
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment processors and fintech providers. 
• Ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations, particularly those related to online gambling and Curacao-licensed operations. 
• Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and security of international payment processes. 
• Develop and implement reporting tools
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the broader finance department with any treasury-related issues or initiatives as needed. 
   

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a treasury or financial management role within the online gaming or gambling industry. 
• Banking Expertise

• Currency Management
• Communication Skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Professional qualifications in finance, accounting, or related fields (e.g., ACCA, CFA, or equivalent). 
• Familiarity with emerging fintech solutions and payment gateway technologies.
