Job Summary:The Director will develop, promote, and oversee the lottery’s customer loyalty and rewards programs. This role includes strategic planning, implementation, and management of loyalty initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Manage Loyalty Programs:
    • Create, implement, and manage customer loyalty and rewards programs to drive customer retention and engagement.
    • Ensure programs align with the overall marketing and business objectives of the lottery.
  2. Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee customer lifecycle programs, ensuring personalized and effective customer interactions from acquisition through retention and reactivation [5].
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on program performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a team responsible for executing loyalty initiatives.

  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty programs with other lottery services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer loyalty or marketing roles, preferably within the gaming or lottery industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and overseeing customer loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other marketing tools.
