The company is on a fast track to growth, and they’re looking to add an experienced Mandarin Integration and Support Engineer to their team in the Philippines.
As an Integration and Support Engineer, your mission is to bridge gaps and provide technical support. You’ll integrate the company’s services into customer platforms, offer guidance, and troubleshoot issues. Essentially, you’ll be the connection between technology and customers. Your role is critical for maintaining digital services and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Integrate and support digital products within customer platforms, following established processes.
- Collaborate closely with customer IT departments and the company’s product, development, and sales teams to integrate new or existing customers with their services.
- Communicate directly with international B2B customers.
- Handle multiple customers in different locations.
- Troubleshoot and report issues to the development teams.
- Take ownership of issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical education or relevant technical support experience.
- Proficiency in the formal Chinese language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
