My client, a state-of the art e-commerce company, is looking for a skilled Optimization Analyst to join their product design team remotely.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences, boosting conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions for enhanced user experiences and improved business performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, and other advanced techniques.
- Implement precise tracking and data collection mechanisms to ensure reliable experimental results.
- Lead the evaluation and optimization of Experimentation and Conversion tools to keep us at the forefront of industry best practices.
- Manage the planning and execution of A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and boost conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user engagement, providing insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Create clear, concise reports documenting experiment details, results, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, designers, and data analysts to communicate findings and implement improvements.
Desired experience and skillset:
- 3+ years of related experience
- experience in experimentation and conversion optimization.
- Experience in A/B testing platforms
- Experience data analysis tools like R, Python, SQL etc.
- Broad experience with front-end analytics tracking platforms such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Experience creating dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI or similar.
