Product Manager (Gaming & Rewards).

A growing, forward thinking and well-respected Operator in the iGaming industry are looking for a Product Manager to join their highly effective Product team in the Gaming vertical with a focus on the Rewards and Bonus strategy for the Casino offering. This is a pivotal role where you will be enhancing the customer experience and ensuring retention. 

This role can be based in Malta, Lisbon or Sofia. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and develop a product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Feature Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of new features and promotions.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and utilize customer insights to continuously improve our offerings.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs, making data-driven adjustments.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all features comply with legal requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate the product’s strategy and results.
• People Growth: Mentor and guide Product Owners and Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Extensive exposure to the iGaming industry as a Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Casino rewards and retention systems.
• Ability and experience in leadership and team management.
