Job Summary:


They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales and manage key accounts within the gaming industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our virtual products in a cabinet with sportsbook and slot offerings to clients across the United States. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, while providing outstanding support and building strong, long-term relationships.



Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the gaming industry, including casinos, gaming operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our virtual products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Key Account Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and providing timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client requirements are met.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends, client preferences, and product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the gaming industry or related technology sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of virtual products, sportsbook, and slot offerings.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including regulations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
