Senior CRM Manager – Fully Remote – **Clear pathway to Head of CRM**

A pioneering iGaming business across Casino & Sports is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to execute the entire strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer journeys to drive retention and growth objectives (Deposit conversion, churn reduction, and upsell).
• Define the retention strategy.
• Preform market research and stay up to date with competitor offers.
• Build & Create customer lifecycles and automations.
• Set up, document and maintain CRM procedures, including key information such as welcome offers, promotional calendar, Bonus scheme and more.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience within iGaming CRM.
• Ability to be hands on yet strategic.
• Prior experience building CRM from the ground up.
