As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for directly managing the Games Backend Team. Your team will take ownership of all game backend deliveries and frameworks, ensuring their successful implementation and operation.

Main responsibilities

• Taking charge of server-side development for an enterprise Java application with an n-tier architecture.
• Ensuring the production of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborating with mathematicians to test and validate code compliance.
• Resolving complex technical challenges in distributed environments.
• Contributing to the establishment of best development practices within the team.
• Driving the evolution of the architecture in your specific technical domain.

Desired Experience and skillset

• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics.
• Experience with Java 
• Understanding of DevOps principles
• Familiarity with SQL & NoSQL databases 
• 5+ years of experience in software development + iGaming experience
