System Analyst – UK

My client, a technology company specializing in the development of software solutions for the gaming industry, is looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team in UK.
As a Systems Analyst on the Finance Tools Team, you will join a global team that maintains and operates financial systems. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, identifying areas for improvement in business processes and systems, and designing and implementing solutions to address these inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain integration between business systems.
• Conduct Analysis by identifying, evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies where needed.
• Review current technologies and processes with the aim of identifying more efficient solutions.
• Implementing innovative monitoring solutions with the aim to automate and streamline resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities and improvements for current automation.
• Eliciting and documenting business requirements to design and implement new solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and/or resolving issues relating to our systems and the integration between them.
• Provide technical support for escalated queries.

Desired experience & skillsets:

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and configuration such as CRM and Business Central.
• Technical experience designing and developing solutions using Power Apps & Power platform.
• System integration support/System Analysis experience.
• BMC Remedy and MS SQL Queries.

Locations: Richmond, London or Ipswich 
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
