What is the difference between ICE and ICE VOX?

ICE 2024 is the world's go-to exhibition for product and solution innovations.

ICE VOX is a multi-track conference that addresses key issues affecting senior gaming professionals. It is a separate, and paid-for, event to ICE London and requires booking in advance. Focus is very much on the quality of learning, so much effort is placed on the acquisition of leading thinkers for an effective and inspiring speaker line-up. ICE VOX also takes place at ExCeL London, UK.

Note: Delegates attending ICE VOX can use their tickets to attend the ICE London exhibition.

How much does it cost to attend ICE?

The ICE exhibition is totally free to attend as a visitor.

Register for your free exhibition pass here.

I work in the media – can I attend ICE?

ICE works with a number of media partners around the world to extend the reach of the event and to offer exposure for such partners to the ICE audience. If you would like to become an official Media Partner, please contact Chris Jones via cj@sjc.co.uk.

What does "ICE" stand for?

“ICE” historically stands for “International Casinos Exhibition”, but the gaming industry has evolved significantly since ICE started and, as the event has developed in line with the changing gaming landscape, it now services the entire gaming spectrum, with a balance between land-based and digital channels.

Who is ICE for and are there restrictions on attendance?

ICE is the global gathering for gaming professionals looking to source product and/or service solutions, covering all sectors: betting; bingo; casino; esports; lottery; mobile; online; social; sports betting, and street.

If you are a provider of solutions for gaming decision makers, you should enquire about stand/sponsorship options.

ICE is a business-to-business event and has a strict policy of not admitting under-18s - if you look under 25, you may be asked for ID. Please read our admission policy here.

Who organises ICE?

ICE is part of the Clarion Gaming stable of events and publications for the international gaming community, including: intelligence resources Totally Gaming and iGaming Business; the Totally Gaming Academy training series, and a full portfolio of conferences and exhibitions, including iGB Live! and the Affiliate Conference series.

How is ICE reacting to the current situation in Ukraine?

Given the current situation in Ukraine, we have taken the decision to suspend Russian and Belarusian state entities, companies, and their representatives from participating within Clarion Gaming’s events and digital products including the forthcoming 2024 edition of ICE and iGB Affiliate London.

Our thoughts are with all those being affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

COVID 19

What's the latest on COVID 19?

At ICE your safety is our number one priority.

As the COVID-19 landscape improves, our team is continuing to monitor the latest UK government guidance to ensure we are up to speed on the current and appropriate biosafety measures. We are working with the UK’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sports (DCMS) via the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) which means we will have a direct feed of the latest requirements and updates.

Clarion Events has collaborated on drafting the All Secure Standard; a standardised approach to biosecurity adopted across the UK events industry and ratified by the UK government.

We aim to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 by following the 4-cornerstone framework detailed in the All Secure Standard:

Risk Assessment – We will assess the prevalence of COVID-19 via the recommended Government Guidance alert levels before assessing each element of the event and implementing appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce the likelihood of transmission.

Entry Control – When attending ICE London you may be asked to demonstrate a full vaccination record or recent negative test result taken within the past 48 hours (unless exempt). This allows us to reduce the likelihood of the virus being present at the show.

Cleaning, Hygiene & Ventilation – A more regular and deep cleaning regime, the provision of sanitising stations, ensuring adequate ventilation and the wearing of PPE (personal protection equipment) where appropriate means we reduce the likelihood of the virus being spread.

Communication & Training – It is important that we continue to communicate all the relevant information on biosecurity measures with our audience. Our exhibitors and guests will be told what considerations they need to make to help us keep the event safe. And of course, onsite we will take steps to further protect people by providing things like signage reminding our guests of the basics; regular hand washing, making extra space and covering coughs and sneezes.

Our exhibitors will also be required to undertake a COVID-19 risk assessment for their participation. This provides an extra level of protection when you visit their stands. Exhibitors will be asked to consider their specific stand activities and how measures can be put in place to eliminate or reduce transmission of the virus. These are likely to be frequent and focussed cleaning regimes, provide hand sanitiser, provide screens or PPE for staff (where appropriate), and brief their staff on how to operate safely. If you are an exhibitor, you will find more detailed guidance published in our Ezone.

Do I have to wear a face-covering at ICE 2024?

Face coverings, such as masks, are not currently mandatory at ICE however you are welcome to wear one if you choose to do so.

For anyone wishing to wear a face covering - these will be available from the Information Points.
