XLMedia snaps up WhichBingo

XLMedia has purchased UK online bingo comparison platform WhichBingo.

Founded in 2003, WhichBingo analyses online bingo sites accessible in the UK market by featuring player reviews and opinion pieces.

According to Insider Media, WhichBingo will be integrated into XLMedia during the second half of the current year.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ory Weihs, chief executive of XLMedia, said: “We are delighted to have acquired such a well-regarded UK brand; WhichBingo fits perfectly into our strategy of acquiring high quality assets across regulated markets.

“We continue to see a healthy pipeline of acquisition opportunities as we seek to both strengthen and broaden our market reach during 2018.”
