Badminton
Armenia’s Infinity Cup begins the day’s sporting fixtures round-up. 

Baseball
The Chinese Professional Baseball League continues, as do its reserves, in the next 24 hours. South Korea’s Baseball Championships are in action.

Basketball
The women’s edition of Chinese Taipei’s Super Basketball League is the only competition in the sport playing. 

Darts
As before, the Icons of Darts Live League, PDC Home Tour and the Czech Premier League are the only darts competitions taking place in the next 24 hours.

Football
Belarus’s Reserve League and the Turkmenistan Youth League are the only football competitions playing, but we may soon have one of the major European leagues returning, with the German Bundesliga meeting today (7 May) to finalise plans for its resumption.

Golf
The Arizona-based Cactus Tour begins the second round of its Desert Canyon event. 

Greyhounds
The action continues to be dominated by Australia, with action at 16 tracks, joined by Addington and Hatrick in New Zealand and Palm Beach from the US.

Horse Racing
Racing takes place at 16 tracks across Australia, while the reopening of Germany sees Hannover join the schedule. Racing from Japan will be held at Funabashi (on 7 and 8 May), and at Kasamatsu, while Swedish action comes from Halmstad, Skelleftea and Bollnas. Norwegian racing comes from Bergen, while the schedule is rounded off by action from Gulfstream Park and Remington Park in the US.

Ice Hockey
Once again, only short form action is available, from Russia’s Liga Pro and Comet Division.

Table Tennis
The table tennis schedule remains diverse, with action from Armenia, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Germany, Russia and Ukraine.

Tennis
Today’s round-up ends on tennis, with events based in Central and Eastern Europe. Belarus’ Masters League is in action, as is Germany’s Tennis-Point Series, Poland’s Marbello Cup and Russia’s Liga Pro and Spring Tour.
