IWG Introduces InstantPulse Day/Night Mode
Day/Night mode is the latest addition to the Company’s InstantPulse expanding feature-set.
Day/Night mode allows lotteries to reskin an eInstant on an intraday basis at pre-set times resulting in content that is updated visually for marketing and engagement purposes, without impacting the underlying game. For example, an eInstant can have one appearance during daytime hours, and a distinctly different one during nighttime hours.
The New Hampshire Lottery’s Viva Las Jackpots is the first game to incorporate IWG’s new Day/Night feature. During daytime hours, the game displays a brighter, sun washed color pallet, and during nighttime hours the game displays a darker, moon washed theme. The shift from day to night and back is automatic and occurs every day. This transition does not require any support from the Lottery or its system provider, as it is powered by InstantPulse which is fully contained within IWG’s InstantRGS (remote game server).
Additionally, Viva Las Jackpots is part of the New Hampshire Lottery’s Series II progressive jackpot linked set of jackpot games, all of which are powered by IWG’s InstantJackpots.
Rhydian Fisher, chief executive officer at IWG, said: “The New Hampshire lottery operates a hugely successful eInstant program and we could not be prouder of our partnership. Viva Las Jackpots blends two key product innovations from the IWG studio – InstantPulse and InstantJackpots. This is a great example of how a lottery has taken successful elements from various IWG games, and combine them to create a brand-new type of eInstant, delivering even stronger player engagement.”
Charlie McIntyre, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery, said: “IWG has been an amazing partner for the New Hampshire Lottery and the company continues to deliver innovative new games and features to help evolve our eInstant portfolio. The games coming out of the IWG studio always improve and iterate, success after success. We’re sure our players will love Viva Las Jackpots, and will appreciate the clever new Day/Night mode design.”
