Malta-licensed online casino operator Dunder has appointed former Mr Green chief product officer Thomas Rosander to top job

Malta-licensed online casino operator Dunder has appointed Thomas Rosander as its first chief executive.

Rosander brings 14 years of digital gaming experience to the role, having held senior management positions with companies including bwin.party, Ongame and Electronic Arts.

Most recently, Rosander was responsible for the turnaround of Swedish online casino Mr Green as chief product officer, as well as chief operating officer.

Co-founder Olof Örn described Rosander as “a perfect fit” for Dunder. “Our product is our brand and Thomas understands that better than anybody. He also shares our vision to build the most efficient company in the industry.”.

Rosander added: “I am really excited to join a company built on the same values I have when it comes to  product, marketing and organisation.

“Dunder is showing unprecedented growth even compared to the top brands in the business. My challenge now is to remove dependencies, ensure continued revenue growth and prepare for the future without compromising Dunder’s lean setup.”.

The operator launched in March 2016 and describes itself as “one of the fastest growing online casinos in the world”, having generated close to €10m in revenue in Q3 of 2017 and now employing more than 20 people.
