Ardent Group-owned operator and supplier of casino and sports betting products, Gaming1 Group, has announced the release of a new suite of responsible gambling tools built on artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Ardent Group-owned operator and supplier of casino and sports betting products, Gaming1 Group, has announced the release of a new suite of responsible gambling tools built on artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The tools aim to monitor customer behaviour and identify any early signs of problem gambling.

Using artificial intelligence and data science technologies, the tools will identify and monitor at-risk players, after which the Gaming1 responsible gambling operations team will further analyse problematic behaviour using machine learning technologies.

Any customer identified as being at the highest risk level according to the company’s modelling, will be provided with rapid and comprehensive assistance from the team of in-house player protection experts.

“We’ve created a cutting-edge product suite that promotes responsible gambling for all, once again demonstrating Gaming1’s unwavering commitment to player protection,” Gaming1 chief operating officer Sylvain Boniver said.

In addition to its more than 42 gaming halls and casino resorts in Belgium, Switzerland and France, Gaming1 currently operates more than 20 online gaming brands. It has land-based partners in Spain, Portugal, France, Serbia, Peru, and Colombia, with plans to expand its international reach further over the coming year.

In 2019, Gaming1 owner Ardent Group became the fourth operator to launch in the online Swiss market, via its Casino777.ch brand. The brand is powered by Gaming1’s online casino technology, and is attached to the land-based Casino Davos, which is joint-owned by Stadtcasino Baden Group and Ardent Group.
