Newly licensed firm wants to shake things up with its Giselle solution

Dench eGaming Solutions wants to bring a new level of marketing sophistication to turnkey gaming products after announcing its launch in the UK.

The Bulgaria-headquartered company, which is already operational in its home country and Latvia, has been awarded a remote supplier’s licence in the UK.

As well as its Dench Core white label platform, it will also bring its real-time automated solution, Giselle, to the UK market, and believes its “strict focus” on automated bonusing and engagement on any customer action sets it apart from existing rivals within the space.

“The power of Dench’s products is the freedom and flexibility it gives to marketers and operational people, which were once trapped in long and expensive promotional roadmaps and juggling excel sheets exported from different backends,” chief opertaing officer and co-founder Adrian Toshkov told iGamingBusiness.com.

“We’ve brought forward an architecture which bundles up core platform components, so users have a cohesive, omni operational experience across the platform — from finding easily customer data and transactions and identifying new segments to building influential real-time bonus campaigns, and getting them live, fast really fast.

“With our real-time automated solution, Giselle operators can give bonuses and automate engagement on any customer action. This is something, I believe, no one is really offering at the moment.”

Dench was founded in January 2016 and has offices in the Bulgarian cities of Sofia and Varna. It is already working with 138.co.uk and Klondaika.lv, and is now prioritising partnerships with B2B clients looking to extend their presence.

The Dench platform boasts multi brand management, a single wallet and an integrated sportsbook that offers 20,000 live events per month.

Dobromir Mitev (pictured), Dench chief executive, said: “Moving into new regulated territories is one of our main goals as it supports the investments we have made in our compliance and responsible gaming infrastructure.

“We stay committed to provide and deliver the highest possible security standards in a safe environment while maintaining our agility and ‘hands on’ approach in the development of new features which is one of our primary goals and we believe this will not remain unnoticed in every new market we enter.”
