CDI adds Global Payments’ Carter to board

Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has appointed Andréa Carter, senior executive vice-president and chief human resources officer for Global Payments, to its board of directors.
Carter joined Global Payments in September 2017 as senior vice-president of human resources and went on to become executive vice-president and chief human resources officer before assuming her current role.
Prior to this, she was chief people officer at Habitat for Humanity and also spent time as global vice-president of human resources at Ralph Lauren and vice-president of human resources at Newell Rubbermaid.
