Mediatech brokers Paymagnet partnership

Mediatech Solutions has entered into a partnership with Paymagnet, a company that provides a new payment system that is able to process credit card payments directly through sensors on a smartphone.

Under the deal, Mediatech integrate Paymagnet into its IRIS platform, initially for existing customers in European markets.

Paymagnet’s service uses NFC technology and supports contactless MasterCard and Visa payments.

“Paymagnet’s payment system is easily integrated and will further bolster our extensive offer of more than 1,500 games and payment providers that operators using our IRIS platform enjoy,” Mediatech executive director Daniel Graetzer said.

Martin Glettler, executive director EMEA at Paymagnet, added: “Paymagnet was designed to allow casino players to pay with their cards and it is already proving extremely popular among customers, operators and platform providers.”
