Tipico to speed up deposits with BAM Checkout
Tipico, the European gambling operator, is aiming to speed up mobile customer deposits after incorporating technology from Jumio Corp.
Tipico, a leading operator in Germany and Austria, will use the Silicon Valley firm’s BAM Checkout to streamline first deposits for its mobile customers.
Jumio, a leader in digital ID verification, said its own research shows an average time of up to two minutes for making mobile deposits, with some operators reporting abandonment rates of up to 70%.
BAM Checkout allows customers to scan their bankcard with their mobile device when making a deposit in what it describes as “a fast, secure and seamless process”.
