William Hill expands partnership with BD Stadia
William Hill has opted to expand an in-stadium betting deal with BD Stadia.
Under the agreement, William Hill will offer betting services at six additional football grounds.
The new deal covers English Premier League clubs Huddersfield Town and Stoke City, as well as second-tier Championship teams Bolton Wanderers, Preston North End and Queens Park Rangers.
In additional, the agreement will include League 1 outfit Bradford City.
The William Hill branded service will include betting booths, staff uniforms and the match day coupon, with the bookmaker to now operate in both the general concourses and corporate hospitality suites and boxes.
BD Stadia is the licensed betting operator of the BD Sport Group, part of Gaming Nation, which operates an in-venue betting operation at every home fixture of over 30 football grounds and rugby league grounds in the UK.
William Hill has been working with BD Stadia at Premier League clubs Chelsea, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.
Tony Warwick, joint managing director at BD Sport Group, said: “It’s exciting that William Hill have recognised the dynamic engagement our service provides on a match day at White Hart Lane and Stamford Bridge and are partnering with us to expand that across the country.
“We are extremely pleased to be working with them for the next two years and look forward to football fans collecting their winnings on line and in shops.”
Kristian Welch, marketing director at William Hill, added: “BD Sport have done an excellent job activating our stadium betting partnership rights with Chelsea, Everton and Spurs, and we are delighted to be able to extend our relationship with these new Premier League and EFL club deals.”
