GVC relaunches PartyCasino brand
GVC Holdings has announced the relaunch of its PartyCasino flagship casino brand.
Previously established as the world’s largest online casino, PartyCasino was last year acquired by GVC, with its new owner keen to recapture the title.
As part of the effort, GVC put new management in place to establish PartyCasino as a standalone brand with its own identity, as well as overhaul all elements of its customer offer.
The relaunch includes a new product line-up on the PartyCasino website, with content from various developers, while the colour scheme and logo have also been redesigned to help appeal to players on desktop, mobile and tablet.
In addition, GVC said all areas of the customer journey have been improved to help create a “more straightforward and intuitive experience”.
GVC said the changes include a “commitment to transparency in all promotional offers, an increased focus on handling customer service enquiries and a reduction in account withdrawal times”.
Jon Salmon, group head of casino brands at GVC, added: “With this relaunch our mission has been to revitalise the great PartyCasino brand.
“Everything from the look and feel, to the player experience has been improved with a focus on creating something unique in the industry – a lifestyle casino brand that our players can live and breathe.”
To support the relaunch, GVC and PartyCasino are offering customers the chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to Ibiza.
The marketing campaign will run across UK terrestrial and satellite channels for three months.
