Fanatics names Winiarski as new chief legal officer

Diversified digital sports platform Fanatics has appointed Gregg Winiarski as its new chief legal officer.
In the role, Winiarski will oversee legal affairs across the entire Fanatics enterprise, including its Betting and Gaming division. His position will also cover the Commerce and Collectibles businesses.
Winiarski takes on the full-time role having spent the last two years working in an advisory role for Fanatics.
Prior to this, he was executive vice-president and general counsel for technology and media business IAC. He also spent time as an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
