DraftKings secures MI market access with Bay Mills

DraftKings has joined forces with the Bay Mills Resort & Casino to launch online, mobile and retail sports wagering in the state of Michigan.

The market access deal, which is subject to the receipt of applicable licenses and approvals, will see DraftKings roll out both its online sportsbook and supporting mobile application in the state.

DraftKings will also open a branded retail betting facility at the Bay Mills Resort & Casino in Brimley, Michigan, where players will be able to place bets in person.

However, the retail aspect of the new partnership will be subject to the adoption of applicable regulations, as well as both parties securing the necessary licenses and other requisite approvals.
