GAN has appointed existing director Seamus McGill as non-executive chairman of the board, following the departure of David O’Reilly.

O’Reilly had been serving as non-executive chairman and chairman at the firm, but has opted to step down in order to pursue other business interests.

McGill has been a director of GAN since 2014 and was previously chief operating officer of Aristocrat Technologies.

“David has made an incredibly positive contribution to GAN over many years, helping navigate the business through an initial public offering in 2013 and supporting management in developing GAN into the leading enterprise supplier of Internet gaming solutions to American casinos,” McGill said.

“On behalf of all shareholders, employees and my fellow directors I would like to thank David for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavours.”
