Fast Track and Hero Gaming release partnership success story

Collaboration comes on anniversary of two companies linking up

Fast Track has published its first success story, in collaboration with Hero Gaming.

In March 2020, Fast Track partnered with the online gaming group Hero Gaming, a company founded in 2013 with a focus on delivering the best gaming experience in the market.

The partnership was formed to assist Hero Gaming in achieving its player engagement goals and to contribute to its wider operational objectives of maintaining agility and efficiency.

One year on, Fast Track is now the foundation for all of Hero Gaming’s CRM output, with over 1,600 automated activities being run across eight brands. They have seen a 40% increase in total CRM initiatives, all without additional headcount.

“We looked at a few different CRM solutions, all very different to each other. Mainly we were looking for a tool which worked as a one-stop shop for everything CRM. In the end we felt Fast Track had done this best,” said Adam Kamiar, Hero Gaming’s head of retention.

Hero Gaming’s decision to work with Fast Track was largely based on its ability to automate activities, something they have been very successful in doing over the last year. Simon Lidzén, CEO and co-founder of Fast Track, said: “I’m very impressed with Hero Gaming’s speed of delivery and their focus as an organisation. Their clear understanding of what they want to achieve, alongside their knowledgeable approach, makes them a fantastic partner to work with and it is very rewarding to deliver value for them.” You can read the full success story here.
