Fish for your fortune with 4 Fantastic Fish in Egypt
Yggdrasil and 4ThePlayer are set to spin down the River Nile in their latest release, 4 Fantastic Fish in Egypt.
The game is a sequel to the top performing 4 Fantastic Fish, with the provider marrying two player favourite themes – Egypt and fishing. Boasting 4,096 ways to win and 4ThePlayer’s Money Ways mechanic where fish can land on any reel, awarding cash prizes from 0.1x right up to 50x.
4 Fantastic Fish in Egypt introduces the sarcophagus scatter to the Money Ways mechanic, collecting all cash prizes on fish in view in the base game. Players who land a sarcophagus scatter in the respin bonus may trigger either a shark or squid feature, to collect or increase all existing cash prizes for massive wins.
Big game fish (big, super, mega and ultra) can award prizes from 100x up to 10,000x.
Three or more bonus scatters will trigger the respins bonus, with every new fish that lands on the reels resetting the count to three. At the end of the round, all visible fish icons will have their cash prizes collected for huge win potential.
In addition, players can trigger a shark, which eats an entire reel of fish to combine the prizes and multiply it by 2x, or a giant squid, which will rearrange fish to create a bigger win.
In certain jurisdictions, players can progress straight to the bonus through one of two buy feature options.
The game also boasts portrait mode, allowing players to play in portrait mobile orientation and still have an immersive entertainment experience.
The title is powered by GATI, Yggdrasil’s state-of-the-art technology enabling partners to employ the preconfigured, regulation-ready, standardised development toolkit to consistently produce cutting-edge content followed by rapid distribution.
Stuart McCarthy, head of product and programmes at Yggdrasil, said: “4 Fantastic Fish quickly established itself as a fan-favourite this time last year and we’re delighted to further expand our aquatic offering with a brand-new watery adventure. The new Egyptian title offers more action-packed gameplay, and we’re thrilled to work with 4ThePlayer yet again for another strong product launch.”
Henry McLean, co-founder and commercial and marketing director at 4ThePlayer, said: “4 Fantastic Fish in Egypt combines two incredibly popular themes in a fun and fantastic way and the introduction of the sarcophagus scatter ramps up the excitement. With the YG Masters programme, we consistently deliver market-leading content and are not in de-Nile this game will make a splash.”
