Greentube awarded Great Place to Work certification
Greentube, the Novomatic Interactive division, has been awarded the Great Place to Work certification, underlining the company’s commitment to offering a strong workplace culture and ensuring employee satisfaction.
The certification is awarded following employee surveys and a company culture audit which assesses HR measures, procedures and policies and ensures that team members trust who they work for, take pride in their work and enjoy the people they work with.
Employees were asked questions on five different categories: credibility, fairness, respect, camaraderie and pride.
The survey, conducted by Great Place to Work, also gathered feedback from employees which will help Greentube improve and evolve to make the company an even greater place to work.
Ensuring employees are satisfied and healthy is a priority to Greentube and key to the company’s sustainable success.
Greentube has a set of standards that drives its company culture including diversity, development, work-life balance and team spirit.
The Great Place to Work project was driven by Greentube’s corporate responsibility and human resource departments.
Sandra Zeinlinger, director of group employee services, said: “The holistic wellbeing of our employees and the support we offer them is crucial to us. We are very happy and proud to have received the Great Place to Work certification which demonstrates that Greentube is an exciting workplace and that we provide the opportunity to fulfil our employees’ potential. Each and every one in the Greentube family contributes with team spirit, openness and commitment to our company culture, every day, and this is what makes Greentube an amazing place to work.”
