Clients without the involvement of Softswiss will now be able to export information about tournament winners, check game rounds and additional transactions within these rounds, as well as track fraud players on their own.
The Softswiss Game Aggregator team is working to meet clients’ needs on an ongoing basis. The product’s roadmap for next year includes the addition of tournaments, retention tools and a strengthened loyalty scheme for casinos. This will extend the functionality for Game Aggregator clients who do not operate on the Softswiss Online Casino Platform. In this case, they will have access to promotional tools to ensure greater player engagement and operator security. The current version of the back office will be continuously improved and updated with new reports and tools.
