Partnership will allow Winbet to introduce automation across its player engagement agenda

Winbet has announced that it will use the FastTrack platform to power real-time engagement on their site.

Winbet is the most successful gaming club chain in Central and Eastern Europe, with more than 20 years’ operating experience across seven countries. This includes the development and launch of its online casino and betting platform, Winbet.ro.

The operator is on a mission to provide a safe and fun environment for gaming fans, both online and offline. Winbet delivers a variety of innovative and classic products alongside providing a high level of service in order to satisfy its growing loyal player base.

The partnership with Fast Track will allow Winbet to introduce automation across its player engagement agenda. This includes automating the management of opt-outs and consent changes using Fast Track’s all-in-one solution.

Commenting on the announcement, Mark Adonia Machore, general manager of Winbet, said: “We take pride in providing excellent service to our players and partnering with Fast Track is an opportunity to take this to the next level. In particular, we are confident that introducing automation will allow us to maintain this and ensure that we can always engage players in the right moments as we grow further.”

Fast Track’s platform also allows operators to construct detailed segmentation models, something that the Winbet team will be able to make use of as they introduce a loyalty programme and more tailored engagements for VIP players.

“Winbet has a proven track record as an online operator in multiple Eastern European markets. We believe that the capabilities of our platform are the perfect fit for what they are trying to achieve with their player engagement. We know how important it is to be able use your data in smart ways and our real-time data feed and segmentation models will support them in this,” said Christopher Hirst, co-founder of Fast Track.
