Xtremepush expands global team by 15% in response to rapid international growth

William Morris, Alvaro Camargo, Morten Pedersen Tonnesen and Lucy Neylin all senior hires over the past six months with more to come.

Xtremepush, the leading provider of CRM and loyalty marketing powered by AI, has significantly grown its worldwide team as it continues its rapid growth trajectory. 

In the first half of the year, Xtremepush added 18 new team members to its organisation, including former Sporting Group head of business development, William Morris, who joined as director of sales in June.

As part of their core philosophy of being industry Experts in the Room, driving continuous growth and upskilling its talented team, the provider also recruited Alvaro Camargo, country manager Brazil, Morten Pedersen Tonnesen, chief growth officer, and Lucy Neylin, strategic services consultant who bring more igaming expertise to the business.

The development is set to fully accelerate the company’s innovation initiatives and expansion across key markets, including North America, LatAm and Europe, where they have physical offices and boots on the ground.

This sustained recruitment drive demonstrates Xtremepush’s increasing foothold in the global igaming market following a series of strategically significant partnerships with the likes of Betsson, Fanatics, Betsul, Senna Sport and Weebet. In recent months, it also added F2P games (XP Gamify) to the solution and launched its own InfinityAI technology.
