Greentube acquires Mazooma Interactive Games

The Greentube division of Novomatic has completed the acquisition of Mazooma Interactive Games (MIG).

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Greentube said that the deal would allow it to “streamline the interactive units across the Novomatic Group”.

Mazooma’s former customer base will now have access to the entire Novomatic content portfolio, as well as Greentube’s various products and services.

Greentube UK will retain the game build and its design capabilities in the new format.

Tony Oliver, managing director at Greentube UK, said: “It is an exciting time for us; this investment from Greentube will provide clarity to our customers as well, as support our expansion plans in the UK market.”
