Lottoland has finalised the sale of a minority stake in Australian online lottery firm Jumbo Interactive.
Lottoland has finalised the sale of a minority stake in Australian online lottery firm Jumbo Interactive.
Although terms of the agreement were not disclosed, Lottoland said in a short statement that it has “ceased to become a substantial holder” in the company.
Lottoland had only acquired the stake in Jumbo Interactive in April of this year.
Based in Brisbane, Jumbo Interactive provides online distribution channels for traditional lotteries across Australia, as well as in Europe and the Americas.
The company currently has partnerships in place with the likes of Tatts, NSW Lotteries and SA Lotteries.
