Forex and brokerage company Blackwell Global has secured its first sporting sponsorship deal with English Premier League football club Everton.
Blackwell will now serve as the team’s first official forex and brokerage partner and benefit from exposure at Everton home matches at the club’s Goodison Park stadium.
In addition, Blackwell will work with the club to offer a range of Everton-related experiences to fans and its various clients around the world.
“I’m immensely proud to partner with Everton Football Club in our first ever sporting partnership; it’s an honour to be working with a club recognised for their rich history and steadfast commitment and dedication to their worldwide fanbase,” Blackwell chairman Michael Chai said.
Alan McTavish, head of commercial at Everton, added: “Blackwell Global are the Club’s first official forex and brokerage partner and we are pleased to announce a partner in a new market sector category for the club.
“The partnership represents another positive development in our commercial strategy as we continue to grow.”
Last month, Everton revealed African online sports betting firm as its new main shirt sponsor, in an agreement that represents a record sponsorship deal for the Liverpool-based club.
