Ibex Network takes control of Asian SEO specialist

Ibex Network, the online gaming affiliate platform, has acquired a majority stake in Agimat Holdings, the Philippines-based online marketing agency.

Ibex Network said its investment in Agimat, which has established itself in the gambling SEO and casino lead enrichment fields since it was founded four years ago, will extend the company’s existing European and Australian business to new frontiers.

Ibex Network, which has offices in Cyprus and Israel, said the company is already looking at completing further deals.

Dario Reisfeld, founder of the Ibex Network Affiliate Platform, said: “We are delighted to have formalised our relationship with Agimat in this way and we will be looking to repeat this acquisition to grow our business over the next two years.

“We will provide our expertise in ad-serving optimisation, automatisation of SMS and casino email marketing, improving affiliate acquisition and increasing casino traffic overall.

“Agimat will continue to do what they are brilliant at, casino SEO and gambling lead generation.”

Ibex Network said the acquisition includes domains, player accounts, affiliate deals, social media accounts and intellectual property. Ibex Network will manage the company and oversee all the commercial aspects from its office in Israel.
