Nolimit City product manager Per Lindheimer has called on customers to “come up with crazy ideas” to help them stand out from the crowd.

Speaking to iGaming Business at ICE Totally Gaming 2018, Lindheimer said as both a slot provider and a platform Nolimit City is able to come up with bespoke solutions for customers.

“We actually encourage our customers today to come up with crazy ideas that we can do together with them,” he said.

“With that we can provide a much better experience for both the operator and also for the players themselves.”

Chief technology officer Jonas Tegman added that standing out from the crowd is now far harder than it used to be.

“It’s been all about building a good game and being well connected but what we see now is that quite a lot of very good games providers are popping up,” he explained.

“All of them are building good games and building good games is not going to be enough to get the good position, or being a favourite provider.”

He said building extra features around games will become increasingly important, including tools around campaigns, promotion, and gamification.

Nolimit City game designer Wai Le said: “We want the player to understand what’s the big pay-off, and allure that big win in the game.”
