SG extends software licence deal with Michigan Lottery

Scientific Games has extended its existing software licence agreement with the Michigan Lottery.

Under the renewed deal, the lottery will continue to utilise Scientific Games’ Gem Intelligence solution and have access to all new software features and capabilities.

The lottery uses Gem Intelligence to drive retail performance and instant game sales, while its district sales representatives had also utilized the solution to connect with retailers and provide support.

Gem Intelligence forms part of Scientific Games’ Gem Suite portfolio of lottery back-office applications, serving as a retailer relationship management (RRM) platform for near real-time retail performance visibility and management.

The extended agreement will also include the lottery having access to cloud hosting services provided by Scientific Games.
