This will ensure our readers have a regularly updated roster of the sporting events happening that day. The format has been tweaked, with a full table of the day's action at the bottom of the page.
Baseball
Today, for the first time since this round-up began, we start with baseball. This comes after the Chinese Professional Baseball League began its season on 11 April, almost a month after the season was orginally scheduled to start. The league's reserve teams also play today.
Darts
The Icons of Darts Live League continues today, alongside A Night at the Darts.
Football
Belarus' Reserve League continues today, while Nicaragua's Premier and Youth Leagues return.
Golf
The action in Arizona continues, with the Outlaw Tour's Arrowhead Classic and Outlaw Tour at Union Hills moving into their third rounds.
Greyhounds
Aside from racing at Florida's Naple Fort Myers, all of the day's racing takes place in Australia.
